Stopped here for a lunchtime cheese and bacon burger. Burger was two burgers! It was really nice. Unfortunately the place has no atmos and a bloke out back shouts out your order number which you can't hear seat at a table. Only seeing others collecting orders finally led me to my food. £13 plus seemed a lot to me for a burger but as I say it was really nice and filling.

Extremely disappointing experience at the Five Guys on Richmond High Street last weekend.
The overall atmosphere felt unprofessional. Staff members were talking and laughing among themselves instead of focusing on customers and orders.
What stood out the most was the behaviour of the manager, who appeared rude, visibly angry, and highly unprofessional in the way they handled the situation. I also witnessed a delivery driver being treated very poorly, which was uncomfortable to watch.
This kind of attitude reflects badly on the management and raises serious concerns about service standards at this location.
Definitely not the level of service I expected.

Very disappointing experience at this branch. The staff behaviour was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of focusing on customers, employees were busy chatting among themselves, laughing, and completely ignoring orders.
When I tried to ask something, the staff responded with a bad attitude and even used inappropriate gestures, which is totally unacceptable in any customer-facing role. It honestly felt disrespectful.
The service was slow, disorganised, and there was no sense of responsibility or basic customer care. This kind of behaviour reflects very poorly on the brand.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this outlet to anyone. Management seriously needs to train their staff on how to treat customers properly.

Very unprofessional and disappointing experience at the Five Guys on Richmond High Street.
As a Deliveroo driver, I came to collect an order, but the staff behaviour was completely unacceptable. One employee was extremely rude and refused to hand over the order without any clear reason, then told me to leave the restaurant.
During this time, staff members were laughing among themselves and engaging in personal conversations instead of handling orders properly. Delivery drivers were not being taken seriously at all.
I was also subjected to abusive language and inappropriate gestures, which is completely unacceptable in any professional environment. On top of that, I was threatened that the police would be called if I did not leave, despite not causing any issue.
This shows a clear lack of professionalism, poor staff training, and zero respect for delivery partners who are an essential part of the business.
If this is how drivers are treated, it raises serious concerns about overall service quality. Management needs to take immediate action to address staff behaviour at this location.
